If you're feeling like you want to do more to help animals, this will be a great occasion to get your feet wet.  =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AWe'll hand out Vegetarian Starter Kits and finish up with a vegan lunch at Kearny Street Pies.   If you're new at this, you can just watch at first, to see how positive, fun and effective leafleting can be.  =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AThe main reason we're doing this is to encourage people to go vegetarian, so that things like this will happen less: =0D=0A=0D=0Awww.meetyourmeat.com =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AThis event comes with the nice side effects of veg*n camaraderie, walking in a beautiful city, and supporting a veg-friendly business so they keep offering all those veg options.  =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AWe'll meet at noon, at the big water fountain sculpture at Justin Herman Plaza, where Market meets the Embarcadero, at the Hyatt Regency). =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AWe'll walk and leaflet our way to Kearny Street Pies at 307 Kearny St, have lunch at 1:00, then get back to work!  No need to RSVP.  I will have all the leaflets necessary.  Remember--nothing bad will happen to you by asking people to consider compassion.
