I'll be giving a demonstration from 5:00 - 5:30 the night of the VFP for those who would like to learn how.  I've had authentic Japanese cooking lessons and have been making my own vegan sushi and teaching people how for over 15 years.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AI will provide the ingredients for the sushi and well as a large pot of miso soup.
