|Cha-Ya ||I have been here many times and have always been completely underwhelmed. The prices are way too high for this quality of food. Sometimes one might find an appetizing item, but it's few and far between. And to be completely honest, compared to other sushi places in the area (minako) the sushi here is gross. ||2008-01-29 |
|Weird Fish ||Food is excellent and highly recommended. Nice decor and atmosphere. Knowledgeable of veganism. Tasty and creative dishes. All of that said - with the exception of a very few items on the menu, everything is deep fried. Probably one of the most unhealthy places to eat. But a lovely treat! ||2008-01-29 |
|Mariachi's ||This is my favorite taqueria in the city. I love the burritos here, they taste very fresh and healthy, whether they are or not is another question. Great place for a quick good tasting burrito. ||2008-01-29 |
|Cafe Gratitude ||I don't understand why this place is so liked. It is extremely overpriced and I am never satisfied with what I receive. Crazy: I ordered guacamole once and it came out with far too few flax chips so I asked for more - four more were brought out! the bill came and those four extra chips cost $6!!!! The shakes are good but $7 is outrageous. One would think that cooking food costs more than not. ||2008-01-29 |
|Ike's ||This place has a great variety of vegan sandwiches. Nothing too exotic as far as the vegan meats, but the sandwiches can be creative, at the very least in their names. Friendly service. Recommend trying he vegan meatball sub. ||2008-01-29 |
|Sparky's ||ugh, yeah, this place is pretty bad.

it's really only a last resort when your hungry and everywhere else is closed....
I always feel gross after eating here... ||2008-01-29 |
