| Global Vegetarian Bistro | This is a great little hole in the wall vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant in downtown SJ. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and the food is good. I recommend the "chicken" roti with rice (it's like a chicken filet), the wonton and yellow noodle soup, and the veggie and "meat" dumplings.
