3.5 out of 5 stars Taj Grill recently changed their Wed buffet to be entirely plant-based. When we went, all 8 entrees were vegan. It was so delicious, with a great variety among the dishes. All you can eat buffet for 9.99 -- very dangerous for vegans who are used to limited choices. Also 4 vegan sides but really who would eat rice or salad at a buffet, lol. tammy

4.5 out of 5 stars Taj Grill has the best tasting vegan Indian food in Vallejo. The lunch buffet always has several delicious vegan options in both the main dishes and the salad dressings, and Harish will be happy to point them out to you. You can go back for more as many times as you wish. If you chose to order off the menu, the vegan options are clearly marked under the Vegetarian/Vegan section. Oliva19
