5 out of 5 stars I highly recommend the "vegan burrito". It's has a tahini-based sauce with veggies and beans. Have been enjoying it for several years (my previous review was dated 2004). There's other vegan items on the menu but I always order this. Currently $5.50 tammy

3.5 out of 5 stars I had a bean and squash tamale today and was not impressed. The squash was hiding, the presentation was weak, and my server was rude. The corn part of the tamale was good though... Just to be fair, the vegetarian friend I ate with really likes them - so try it yourself and decide. At $3.75 a tamale you can't lose much. I was still hungry, so I had Acme Bread and samples inside then Alive dessert. greg

4.5 out of 5 stars yum yum yum, it's great to have a good variety of veggie tamales I can eat. My favorite are the ones with the Black beans. The warm tamales are not that much more expensive than the cold ones. Their wonderful Tamales can be purchased at Rainbow, Whole Foods and other natural food stores. The owners are nice vegetarian females. sunny

4 out of 5 stars Several very tasty vegan options and great, friendly service. All this and the wonderful atmospher of the bustling farmers market on Tuesdays at the Ferry Building in SF. A great experience. Warren

3 out of 5 stars I just saw today that they now have a vegan ceasar salad and potstickers available on Tuesdays. Anxious to try these, they both sound really good. kit
