Butano Camping Trip 04

This was our 3rd Annual vegan camping trip to Butano State Park in Pescadero. Team Chickpea and Team Berry prepared some fabulous meals, hungrily gobbled up by 12 veggie villiage homesteaders.
Friday - Mushroom Walnut Pate, Chickpea a la King over Brown Rice, Walnut Garden Salad with Sweet Baslamic dressing, Chocolate Mousse Pie;
Saturday - French toast, soy sausages, fresh fruit salad; sandwiches with homemade hummus or pate and various fixings; Spaghetti dinner with fresh vegetable sauce, Garden Salad, carrot cake.
Sunday breakfast - Tofu Scramble, potatoes, and fruit salad.
Great food, fresh ocean air, beautful redwoods, campfire chatter & camraderie .. fellowship at its finest. Here's some photo highlights of the trip.
